The Tokyo-based pharmaceutical company leased space at the ON3 campus in Nutley, moving its U.S headquarters from Woodcliff Lake.

NUTLEY, NJ — A build-out is complete at the new U.S. headquarters of Tokyo-based pharmaceutical company Eisai in Nutley, developers announced Wednesday.

Eisai signed a lease for 300,000 square feet at the ON3 campus in August 2020, moving its U.S headquarters from Woodcliff Lake. The global company tapped SJP Project Solutions to spearhead its delivery in conjunction with its in-house team. As part of this process, Project Solutions collaborated with ON3 owner Prism Capital Partners on the base-building improvements and worked closely with architecture firms HLW and AMA on the design and build-out of the space.

Eisai’s staff of nearly 1,200 workers transferred to the new headquarters earlier this year, getting a congratulations from Gov. Phil Murphy. Read More: Pharma Company Gets Warm Welcome To Nutley From Gov. Murphy
