Radiology Network Office Will Remain In Belleville; Lease Renewed
A three-story medical office building in Belleville renewed a lease with a key tenant.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — A three-story medical office building in Belleville recently renewed a lease with a key tenant.
The landlord of 36 Newark Avenue, Everest Healthcare Properties, has inked a deal with the New Jersey Imaging Network, which provides radiology services at 18 imaging centers in Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Union, Camden and Ocean counties.
A tenant at the property since 2015, the New Jersey Imaging Network will continue to operate a primary care office within their space, according to NAI James E. Hanson, the real estate firm that announced the 8,796-square-foot medical office lease renewal.

The building is connected to Clara Maass Medical Center via an indoor pedestrian bridge. And as per the old real estate adage, it’s all about location, according to Darren Lizzack, who represented the landlord with Randy Horning.
“Location is one of the most important factors impacting a health care tenant's decision to renew or move to a different location,” Lizzack said.

“36 Newark Avenue’s location and accessibility to a fully-accredited acute care facility offering world-class medical treatment provides its tenants with a terrific opportunity to deliver care to the community,” Lizzack added. “We’re proud to have provided the real estate services needed to negotiate a renewal and keep a New Jersey Imaging Network office in Belleville.”
