Realtor Negotiates Sale of 60K Square-Foot Commercial Property

Weichert Commercial Brokerage is celebrating the sale of a foreclosed 60,000 square-foot industrial building in Belleville.


Senior Vice President Scott Maynard recently represented Charles Defranza in purchasing the property at 335-353 Cortlandt St., which was in foreclosure. DeFranza is a long time client of Maynard’s; the realtor in the past sold Defranza the 80,000 square foot industrial building that sits next to his new Cortlandt Street acquisition.
