Smiles On Signing Day For These Nutley High School Athletes

NUTLEY, NJ — It was smiles for a group of high school athletes from Nutley on Wednesday, as they announced plans to continue their sports careers in college.

The Nutley Public School District offered the students a hearty congratulations on social media, in addition to their coaches, for showing “dedication and discipline.”

Here are the plans for the following students:

• Frankie Kokos - Misericordia University - Football
• Paul Poplawski - Kutztown University-Football
• Matthew Harbison - TCNJ-Football
• Nick Schroeder - York College- Basketball
• Jake Cirminiello - Kean University - Lacrosse
• Mackenzie Alberti - Iona College - Soccer
• Olivia Real - Winthrop University - Soccer
• Aidan Scarpelli - Ramapo College - Soccer
• Allison Huelbig - Franklin and Marshall College-Track
• Dylan Santos - William Paterson – Baseball

The coaches that earned congratulations included: Mike Salvatelli, Sal Gabriele, J.D. Vick, Bob Harbison, Gerald Ryan and Mike DiPiano.
