Super Open Houses in Nutley & Belleville

In a day where many brokers say that Open Houses don't work, Realty Executives Elite Homes Says that they do! Last weeks open house on this past Sunday brought in over 250 people in a four hour period! We asked Matthew De Fede how he gets such good results he said the following:

"We basically spend money marketing our open houses when we do them, we market them online, offline and outdoor, our in-house creative department does a great job and we do spend more money marketing than the average brokerage does"

The results that they got from the Ruth Bedford property in Nutley this past Sunday are not typical, but they do get more people in the doors during their open houses more than most brokerages do.
