Voter Registration Deadline Nears In Belleville, Nutley: 2022 Election

BELLEVILLE-NUTLEY, NJ — The town clerk’s offices will be open late in Belleville and Nutley on Tuesday for voter registration in the 2022 general election. Learn more about voting in New Jersey and see other important deadlines and dates here.

BELLEVILLE

The Belleville Municipal Clerk's Office will be open on Tuesday, Oct. 18 from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. for voter registration in the 2022 general election. The clerk’s office is located at 152 Washington Avenue.

It will be the final day to register to vote for the election taking place on Tuesday, Nov. 8, town officials noted.

Registration forms can be found on the town website.

NUTLEY

The Nutley Municipal Clerk's Office – which is open from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday to Friday – will have extended voter registration hours from 4 to 9 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 18. Learn more here.

The Oct. 18 deadline applies to people who need to change their name or address, officials noted.
