Watch Alleged Belleville Car Thieves Steal Vehicle From Local Lot
Belleville police have released surveillance video from a motor vehicle theft that took place on North 7th Street.

BELLEVILLE, NJ — Belleville police have released surveillance video from a motor vehicle theft that occurred on Wednesday. Authorities are warning residents not to approach the vehicles if spotted.
According to the Belleville Police Department, multiple suspects entered a parking lot on North 7th Street around 4:34 p.m. in a stolen Nissan Armada with New Jersey license plate #D99GJX.
Authorities said the suspects entered two cars and stole a 2014 Ford Focus with New Jersey license plate #S16BJC. The Armada and the Focus then fled the area, police said.

Police said not to approach the vehicles if spotted, but to call the department at 973-450-3333.
