BELLEVILLE, NJ — A water main break in Belleville may cause a complete loss of pressure for nearby residents, officials announced Thursday morning.
The Township of Belleville issued the following advisory at 8:41 a.m.:
“There is currently a water main break at Crestwood Avenue. Residents in the area of Morse Place and Rutan Road may experience low water pressure or a complete loss of water during this emergency. Crews are working hard to repair the water main and will continue through the day. Water pressure will return to normal once the repairs are completed.”
“We appreciate your understanding and cooperation during this time,” the town’s advisory added.
