BELLEVILLE, NJ — A main break may leave some residents without water pressure, officials announced Wednesday afternoon.

Township officials issued the following advisory at 3:55 p.m.:

“There is a water main break on Washington Avenue between Belleville Avenue and William Street. Repairs are currently underway. During this time, you may experience low or no water pressure. Please plan accordingly and stay tuned for updates. We’ll keep you posted as we work to resolve this issue. Thank you for your patience and understanding!”
