Woman Hurt In Nutley Motorcycle Crash; Driver Leaves Scene: Cops
A 40-year-old motorcyclist was hurt in a collision with a car in Nutley. The other driver left the scene, police said.

NUTLEY, NJ — A 40-year-old motorcyclist suffered non-life-threatening injuries in a collision with a car last week in Nutley, police say.
According to the Nutley Police Department, the crash took place near River Road and Park Drive on July 12. When police arrived on the scene, they found a 40-year-old woman on the ground suffering from injuries related to the crash. Witnesses told officers that the driver who hit the motorcyclist then fled the scene, authorities said.
Nutley police found the suspected vehicle a short time after the crash took place. Charges are pending against the driver; an investigation is ongoing, authorities said.

Emergency responders transported the injured motorcyclist to a nearby hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening conditions, police said.
