1,500 Homes Without Power In Berkeley Area

BERKELEY, NJ — More than 1,500 homes in the Berkeley area are experiencing power outages Monday morning.

According to the JCP&L power outage map, the outages are affecting those in the Mill Creek area, with some in Pine Beach and Ocean Gate without power as well.

The cause of the outage is not yet known as of Monday morning.

JCP&L estimates that power should be restored by 1:30 p.m. today.
