4 Busted In Ocean County Cocaine Dealing Investigation: Officials
The investigation centered around Berkeley, Beachwood, Barnegat and South Toms River, according to the prosecutor.

BERKELEY, NJ — Four men were charged Saturday in a cocaine-dealing investigation, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday. The investigation involved Berkeley, Beachwood, Barnegat and South Toms River, according to the OCPO.
The Ocean County Sheriff's Office observed a drug deal Saturday in Berkeley's Manitou Park section. David Sprinks dealt drugs to Michael Everitt and Kevin Banks, the OCPO said.
Police then pulled over all three of them. Spinks, 42, of Toms River, had about 100 grams of cocaine, undisclosed amounts of Xanax tablets and marijuana, about $1,800 in cash and a .45 caliber semi-automatic handgun, the OCPO said.

Everitt, 32, of Bayville, had Xanax tablets and about 10 grams of cocaine, authorities said. Banks, 37, of Lakewood, had about 10 grams of cocaine, the OCPO said.
Kristian Myres, a passenger in Sprinks's vehicle, was also charged, according to authorities.

“We will continue to share information with our law enforcement partners in an effort to combat the sale of illegal narcotics in Ocean County," said Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer. "We will not waiver in our pursuit of anyone that dares to deal drugs or illegal weapons in our community.”
Springs was taken to Ocean County Jail. Everitt, Banks and Myres were released.
The suspects were charged with the following, according to the OCPO:

David Sprinks
- possessing between 1/2 and 5 ounces of cocaine with intent to distribute
- two counts of possessing less than half an ounce of cocaine with intent to distribute
- distribution of less than half an ounce of cocaine
- three counts of cocaine possession
- Alprazolam (xanax) possession
- marijuana possession
- possession of a weapon for an unlawful purpose
- possession of a weapon in the course of a drug offense
- being a certain person not to possess a weapon
- obstruction the administration of law

Michael Everitt
- possession of less than half an ounce of cocaine with intent to distribute
- cocaine possession
- possession of various prescription drugs without valid prescriptions

Kevin Banks
- possessing less than half an ounce of cocaine with intent to distribute
- cocaine possession
- eluding

Kristian Myres, 44, of Blackwood
- wandering in a public place to obtain drugs
