If you would like to register for our tournament please download the Golf_Registration_2014.pdf form and complete the instructions. Due to an overwhelming response, there will be a limit to the first 120 golfers.
- Early registration fee $95.00 (before April 1st, 2014)
- Late registration fee $100.00

If you would like to be an event sponsor please download the Golf_Sponsor_2014.pdf form and complete the instructions. We have several different advertising options for business promotions including:
- Cart or Tee Sponsor $75
- Meal Sponsor $125
- Shirt Sponsor $100
- Merchandise donation options available
