BERKELEY, NJ — A proposed 24-unit townhouse development will go before the Berkeley Zoning Board of Adjustment next month.
Stonehill at Millcreek, LLC, is proposing 24 three-story townhouses in three buildings, according to public notice.
The property, located at 222 Mill Creek Road, is just over 3 acres, according to public notice.
Developers are seeking a D-1 use variance, which would allow them to construct multi-family housing in an area zoned for single-family housing.
They are also seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval.
This proposal will be heard at 6:30 p.m. on July 8 at the Berkeley Township Municipal Building (627 Pinewald Keswick Road).
At that time, residents will be able to learn more about the proposal, as well as share their own thoughts and ask questions of the developers.
