• Child Dies When Dirt Bike Crashes Into Pickup Truck In Berkeley: Prosecutor (patch.com) — Residents of Berkeley are reeling after an 11-year-old girl died when the electric dirt bike she was riding as a passenger collided with a pickup truck at Sherman and Moorage avenues. Authorities say the 11-year-old boy driving the bike was treated and released, while the truck driver stayed on scene and showed no signs of impairment as the investigation continues.
