• NJ Grandpa Rejects Plea Deal In Drunken Boat Crash That Killed Grandchildren, Report Says (patch.com) — A Berkeley grandfather accused of being drunk during a Barnegat Bay boat crash that killed his two young grandchildren has rejected a plea deal that reportedly carried a 10-year sentence. He now faces up to 20 years in prison on reckless vessel homicide charges and is scheduled to return to court on Nov. 16.
