BERKELEY, NJ — An Ocean County player won $2 million in Tuesday's Mega Millions drawing with a ticket sold in Bayville, according to the New Jersey Lottery. The winning ticket matched five white balls and also included a 2X multiplier, which doubled a $1 million prize to $2 million.
The ticket was sold at Country Food Market, 941 Route 9 in Bayville, according to the lottery announcement released Thursday from Trenton. The winning white balls were 26, 32, 42, 51 and 54. The Mega Ball was 22.
The New Jersey Lottery said the multiplier was part of a rule change enacted in April 2025 for the multi-state game. Under that change, players receive a free random multiplier and are eligible for a 2X, 3X, 4X, 5X or 10X multiplier. I
No player won the jackpot in Tuesday's drawing, according to the lottery. That pushed the top prize to $364 million heading into Friday's drawing.
