Goldstein faces three years in New Jersey State Prison, as well as parole supervision for life and registration as a Megan's Law offender.

Authorities investigating a referral from the New Jersey State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force identified a cell phone number linked to a Toms River residence as one being used to upload and distribute child pornography, the prosecutor's office said. The person using the phone was identified as Logan Oliveira, 25, authorities said.

Oliveira often sent and received text messages from Goldstein, Billhimer said.

Goldstein sent nude photos of children to Oliveira, Billhimer said. He also told her to touch a child and send photos of it to him, Billhimer said.

Search warrants on Goldstein's Berkeley home and electronic devices found several items of child sexual abuse material, Billhimer said.

Oliveira pleaded guilty on Dec. 16, 2025; he faces five years in New Jersey State Prison for a distribution of child sexual abuse material charge and five years for a possession of child sexual abuse material charge. The sentences are to run concurrently. Oliveira also faces parole supervision for life and will be required to register as a Megan's Law offender. His sentencing is set for Dec. 4, 2026.

Goldstein's sentencing is set for Feb. 5, 2027.
