Audrey Roberta Keim Of Forked River Dies At 58
Services are slated for Saturday at Riggs Funeral Home.

Audrey Roberta Keim (nee Zehntner), 58, of Forked River died on Tuesday, February 16, 2016 at home. following a courageous two-and-a-half battle with cancer.
Born in Morristown, Audrey grew up in Brick and graduated from Brick Township High School in 1975. She received a degree in psychology in 1978 from Boston College. Audrey was employed as an administrative analyst by the New Jersey State Department of Health before retiring in 2012.
Following retirement, she and her husband started 48 Paws Woodworking, a small business constructing wooden crafts for the home and garden. They sold them at various craft shows throughout the area. In addition to woodworking, her passions included all animals, gardening and sports (Let’s Go Mets!).
Audrey was predeceased by her parents, Robert and Muriel Zehntner of Brick and Colchester, CT. She is survived by her husband of 21 years, Christopher, sister, Joan Cordier and her husband James of Hebron, CT., in-laws and their spouses, Richard and Kathryn Keim of Bayville, Robert Lone and the late Elizabeth Keim, Kevin Keim and the late Jacqui Keim, both of North Carolina, niece, Jaimie Cordier of Astoria, NY, nephews Ryan Cordier of Hebron, Peter and Theresa Keim, Keith and Beth Keim and Michael Keim, all of North Carolina.
Audrey will be remembered most for her cheerful outlook on life, the love she both shared with and received from family, friends and animals alike along with that beaming, radiant smile.
Friends are invited to celebrate her life on Saturday, February 20th, 2016 from 3 p.m. until the time of service at 5:30 p.m. at Riggs Funeral Home, 130 North Rt. 9, Forked River, NJ 08731. In lieu of flowers, friends are asked to make a contribution in Audrey’s memory to the Popcorn Park Zoo, P.O. Box 43, Forked River, NJ 08731.
