Berkeley Up To 91 Positive Coronavirus Cases
Officials announced eight new cases Thursday in Berkeley.
BERKELEY, NJ — Officials have reported 91 cases of the novel coronavirus as of Thursday evening in Berkeley. The total includes eight new cases since Wednesday's report.
The Ocean County Health Department has reported 1,408 positive cases as of Thursday. Thirty-eight people in Ocean County have died from the virus, according to state officials. Read more: 15 More Coronavirus Deaths In Ocean County: NJ Officials
There has not been a town-by-town breakdown on deaths provided by either state or county health officials. At least six of the Ocean County deaths have been rabbis in Lakewood, according to publicly posted notices on several websites.
