Berkeley 'Business Boot Camp' On Tap For Tuesday In Toms River

Berkeley Township is sponsoring a ”Business Boot Camp” for people who own or would like to start their own business in the aftermath of Superstorm Sandy.

Representatives from the Small Business Administration and the Women’ Center for Entrepreneurship Corporation to discuss a number of topics, including marketing, how to finance your own business, creating a home-based business, sales strategies and social media for business.

The free half-day event is open to people who own businesses in or near Berkeley Township, want to start a business in or near Berkeley Township, or manage employees in or near Berkeley Township.

The seminar will run from 7:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Clarion Hotel and Conference Center at 815 Route 37 West in Toms River.
