Berkeley Man Charged With Exposing Himself At Lake
Lakehurst police are asking anyone who has had incidents with the man, Robert Narsavage, to contact them.

A Berkeley Township man has been charged with lewdness, indecent exposure and improper conduct in connection with a pair of incidents at Lake Horicon in Lakehurst, police said.
Robert Narsavage, 80, of Berkeley Township, was arrested Tuesday at Lake Horicon, Lakehurst Police Chief Eric Higgins said, after police received a report that a man had approached a vehicle, exposed himself and had begun pleasuring himself.
The victim provided officers with a description of the suspect and his vehicle, Higgins said, and Officer Bernie Lettman, who was nearby the area when the call was received, quickly located the suspect’s vehicle. The victim was able to positively identify Robert Narsavage, who was arrested at the scene, Higgins said.

Narsavage was additionally identified as the suspect in another incident at Lake Horicon on July 22, Higgins said. In that incident Narsavage had approached several men asking them if they wanted company. The victims had reported the incident on the 22nd to police, he said.
Narsavage was taken to the Lakehurst Police Department where he was charged with lewdness and indecent exposure in Tuesday’s incident and was charged with improper conduct in the July 22 incident, Higgins said.

He was released on summonses pending a future court appearance. Sgt. Ronald Heinzman assisted with the investigation.
