Berkeley Police Arrest Man In Holiday City For Outstanding Warrant

Phillip Eisinger also had a hypodermic needle in his possession

Berkeley Township police recently arrested an area man with an outstanding warrant and took him to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Patrolman Taylor Butler was on patrol at 3:40 p.m. on Sept. 23 when he encountered two suspicious persons in the Biabou Drive area of Holiday City. Further investigation revealed that one of the men, Phillip Eisinger, 37, had an outstanding warrant, the chief said.

Eisinger was arrested and taken to police headquarters, where he was also found to be in possession of a hypodermic syringe. he was taken to the Ocean County Jail in Toms River in default of bail, DiMichele said.
