Edward Pisarek was driving a black 2012 Chrysler, plate SU955J. If located, call 732-341-6600.

The OSCO made the announcement at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday in a Nixle alert.
A picture and description of Pisarek have not been provided. Berkeley police told Patch that more information is forthcoming.
