Berkeley Summer Concert Series Kicks Off With Fireworks
Here's the lineup for this summer.

BERKELEY, NJ — Berkeley's "Sounds of Summer" Concert Series kicks off June 26 in Veteran's Park. Garden State Radio will headline the first concert, performing hits from the 80s to today.
Garden State Radio performs hits from artists such as Michael Jackson, Pat Benatar and Journey, as well as Katy Perry, Rhianna and Paramour. They hit the stage at 7 p.m.
Rock n'Rhythm will open the concert at 6 p.m., performing your favorite Doo-wop songs from the 50s, 60s and 70s.

A fireworks show will take place afterward at 9 p.m. There will be refreshments and food.

July 10
Atlantic City headliner Gerald Esposito, 6-7 p.m.
The Duprees: one of the all-time favorite Golden Oldies recording groups, 7:30-9 p.m.
July 24
Sounds of the Street: a popular Doo-wop band, 6-7 p.m.
Beginnings: a tribute to band Chicago, with a horn section and vocals to give the concert an authentic feel, 7:30-9 p.m.
July 31
Alotta Colada: Concert at White Sands Beach on 23rd Avenue in South Seaside Park, 5:30-8:30 p.m.
Enjoy a jamming island party band with music, props and lots of energy.
Aug. 7
The Infernos: four decades of music from Barry White and Frank Sinatra to Bruno Mars and Taylor Swift, 7:30-9 p.m.
The Night Out Against Crime takes place from 5:30-7 p.m. Visit Berkeley's police, fire and first aid squads and check out the equipment and trucks. There will be games, prizes and bouncy houses.
Aug. 21
Julie & Dominique: known as the show of 1,000 voices, 6-7 p.m.
Wanted DOA "Bon Jovi Tribute:" the ultimate tribute to the New Jersey band, 7:30-9 p.m.
Sept. 7
Jukebox Legends: taking you back to the sounds of the 50s and 60s, 5:30-6:30 p.m.
New Power Soul: The nine-piece band's performances range from R&B to classic rock, 80s to top 40s, and Queen to Bruno Mars, 7:30-9 p.m.
