BERKELEY, NJ — The Berkeley Township School District's superintendent emphasized to parents and guardians that they should stay involved in their children's education. James D. Roselli also encouraged parents to access the Berkeley Township School District's new mobile app.
You can find links to download the app on iPhone or Android at the bottom of the district's home page. The app shows users recent news, announcements and event calendars. You can customize the app to display important updates for a specific school.
Roselli sent a letter to parents and guardians Wednesday welcoming everyone to the upcoming school year.

"Communication between home and school is essential for your child's academic journey," Roselli said. "Please continue to be an active participant in the education of your child and join your school's PTA, communicate with your child's teacher and attend Back to School Night."
Berkeley Township Elementary School's new student orientation takes place at 9 a.m. Aug. 28. Orientations for Bayville Elementary, Clara B. Worth School and H & M Potter School begins at 10:30 a.m. Aug. 28.
