Berkeley's Last "Sounds Of Summer" Concert Series Is Tonight At Veterans Park

The Berkeley Township free "Sounds of Summer" concert series ends tonight with performances by Jukebox Legends and Beginnings, a Chicago tribute band.

The event starts at 6 p.m. at Veterans Park in Bayville. Jukebox Legends is up first, with songs from the 50s, 60s and 70s, followed by Beginnings.

Refreshments are provided by a variety of nonprofit local organizations. Please bring a chair or a blanket.

The next event at Veterans Park is Berkeley Township Community Pride Day, on Sept 12. which begins at 10 a.m. and continues all day. Vendors, local nonprofits and community groups will be on hand. The music begins in late afternoon, with performances by Sounds of the Street a popular Doo Wop group and the Infernos.
