The plan for the two-acre parking lot, agreed upon by both the Berkeley Township Council and the Central Regional Board of Education, is a pool, an ice rink and a restaurant of some sort, Parlapanides said. These amenities would be for students.
Another parking lot would be added to the school for juniors during the school year, and would serve as additional parking for Berkeley's summer concert series, Parlapanides said.

Additionally, 100 parking spots will be added behind the home football bleachers for handicap parking, graduation and "everything else," Parlapanides said.
More improvements are coming to the school's campus as a new maintenance building is built. The old building will be leveled and replaced with parking and maybe tennis courts, Parlapanides said.
Construction will happen over the summer, he said.
"We want to make sure our kids have a good experience here," Parlapanides said.
