40th Annual Barnegat Bay Boat Festival

From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday, join the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of ACBS and the New Jersey Museum of Boating with this free event. More than 40 boats are expected, plus marine vendors, marine artists, a flea market and more.
Pinelands Heritage And Americana Fest
Albert Musical Hall, 131 Wells Mills Road, Waretown
This outdoor event runs from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday with a day of free musical fun. There will be food for sale along with artisans and vendors. Bring a chair to sit and enjoy the music.
Ship Bottom Day At The Bay
10th and Shore Avenue, Ship Bottom
Local summer is best spent at the beach. Head to Ship Bottom on Saturday from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. for live music, merchants, food trucks, a beer garden and games for the whole family.
Fourth Annual Ocean County History Day
Ocean County Historical Society, 26 Hadley Dr., Toms River
On Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., enjoy learning local history with displays from numerous historical societies and museums. There will also be historical reenactors and free tours of the Elizabeth Sculthorp Force Victorian Era house and museum.
Giant Flea Market
Ocean County Park, Lakewood
Sunday is for shopping, and you can check out this massive flea market from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Shop treasures or register your own table; find the application at oceancountyparks.org.
