Central Regional Event Postponed Out Of Coronavirus Caution
Mallory's Army chose to put a hold on school presentations. A makeup date has not been set but will be rescheduled.
BERKELEY, NJ — An event at Central Regional High School was indefinitely postponed because of uncertainty about the novel coronavirus. "An Evening with Diane Grossman" was originally scheduled for March 19.
The Mallory's Army Charitable Foundation chose to suspend all school presentations in the meantime, Grossman told Patch. The organization will revisit the decision the decision in about four weeks.
The school district continues to monitor information from the Center for Disease Control but has not announced any changes to school scheduling.

Grossman founded Mallory's Army in honor of her daughter, Mallory Rose Grossman. Mallory, 12, took her own life in 2017 as a result of relentless bullying.

Officials have not announced any positive cases in Ocean County as of 1 p.m. Wednesday.
