Central Regional School District Announces New Hall Of Fame Inductees
Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele among those slated to be inducted.

The Central Regional School District will induct its new Hall of Fame members at 9 am. in the high school gym lobby on Nov. 27 and recognize them at halftime at the Thanksgiving Day football game at 10 a.m., Superintendent Triantafillos Parlapanides said.
The following people and team will be inducted into the Central Regional Hall of Fame:
Karin (Kane) T. DiMichele - A 1,000-point scorer on the basketball team and currently the Berkeley Township Chief of Police.

Mike Morin – A 1,000-point scorer on the basketball team under legendary Central Regional coach Mike Clemente.
James Plummer - One of the nation’s leading discus throwers who may be representing the United States of America at the next Olympic Games.

Agnes Whitfield – An athlete who dominated all three seasons as a field hockey player, a basketball player, and softball player while attending Central Regional High School. She is currently the head coach of the St. Rose Field Hockey Team.
Carlos Hanze – Retiring his track jersey since he was the 1982 New Jersey 3,200 meter State Champion.
The1994 Varsity Boys Soccer Team for being the South Jersey Group III State Sectional Champions.
“We would also like to encourage the folks from all the great communities that make up Central Regional to come out on Thanksgiving, Thursday, Nov. 27, at 10 a.m. to experience the new athletic complex at Central Regional High School,” Parlapanides said.
