OCEAN GATE, NJ — The U.S. Coast Guard is seeking a missing rower who was last seen near Ocean Gate Beach. The man rowed a rowboat into Toms River.

A timestamp from surveillance footage shows the man in a parking lot at 9:48 a.m. Tuesday.
