Dale Scott Shepherd Of Point Pleasant Dies At 20

Dale Scott Shepherd, 20, of Point Pleasant, passed away on Wednesday, July 20, 2016.

Dale was a beloved son, brother, and friend. Dale was born in Ocean Medical Center on April 14, 1996. He attended Point Pleasant Borough High School and worked at Joe Leone's in Point Pleasant Beach in the deli department. He loved working there and hoped to move on to working in the bakery.

Dale loved hanging out with his friends, tattoos, music, and riding BMX. You could always find Dale in the neighborhood riding his red BMX bike with his friends, working on a new trick or being the first person to try to get some "big air."

The only thing greater than his courage was his big heart.

Dale is survived by his father, Scott, his mother, Cynthia, his two sisters, Sandee and Danielle, his brother, Dakota, his grandfather, his grandmother, Lynn, his aunt Heidi, Joyce, Yvonne, Jan, his uncle Steve, his cousins and his lovely girlfriend, Kelly. He is also survived by his two dogs that he loved to play with, Daisy and Laila.

A memorial visitation will be held from 10 a.m. to noon on Sunday, July 31 at the Pable Evertz Funeral Home of Point Pleasant, 901 Beaver Dam Road.
