Elizabet Ann 'Betty' Ormsby Benedetti Of Point Pleasant Dies At 57

Elizabeth Ann “Betty” Ormsby Benedetti, 57, of Point Pleasant, went home to be with the Lord, on Monday, Feb. 9, 2015.

Born in Jersey City, Betty lived in Point Pleasant for most of her life. She worked as an artist and was a devoted member of Saint Paul’s United Methodist Church, Bay Head.

Surviving are her husband, Titian “Teeter” Benedetti; her daughter, Jessica Uttal and her husband Bill of East Toms River; her grandson, Ethan; and her father, James Ormsby. Also surviving are her siblings; other family members; and many dear friends.

A celebration of life will be held at St. Paul’s United Methodist Church at noon on Feb. 21. at the corner of Lake and Bridge avenues in Bay Head.
