OC Library Black History Month Celebration: All Welcome - Family Event with Special Guest Ned Hector

A step team from Toms River High School North will start the celebration.  Soul food tasting and news from the NAACP will follow.  Then meet Ned Hector, a black revolutionary war soldier from the Battle of Brandywine, as he gives an historical dramatization of his life and times. There will also be activities for children.
