Evan R. Smith Of Bayville Dies At 19

Services for Central Regional High School graduate will be held on Thursday and Friday.

Evan R. Smith, 19, of Bayville died on July 21, 2015 at Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.

Born in Toms River, Evan resided in Bayville his whole life. He graduated from Central Regional High School in 2014. He was a very self-motivated individual who had a love for art, music, taking pictures and especially fishing. He had a vast knowledge of computers and had a passion for graphic art. Evan had a big heart and loved helping others.

Surviving are; his mother Pamela Zboray and fiancé Ociris Page of Bayville, his father Rone Smith of Toms River, his siblings Jeron Smith of Toms River, Elisha Smith of Manchester, NJ and Ta’Leya Holiday of Lakewood, NJ; step-brothers Christopher and Aqui Page of Bayville, NJ; great-grandmother; Dorothy Smith of Lakewood, NJ; grandparents; Stephen and Norma Zboray of Bayville, NJ, Gail Lester of Toms River, NJ, James Lester of Lakewood, NJ and Calvin Martin Sr. of Maryland; uncles and aunts; Chris and Lisa VanVorst of Bayville, NJ; Calvin Jr. and Lola Martin of West Palm Beach, FL and James Lester Jr. of Toms River, NJ; special cousins; Chris VanVorst and fiance Jane Maroney of Manchester, NJ; Christine VanVorst of Bayville, NJ, his special friend Alissa Nerney and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, a nephew, cousins and friends.

The viewing will be held from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, 2015 at Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd, Bayville, NJ 08721. The funeral will be held from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Friday, July 31 fin the funeral home before celebrating a Prayer Service at 12pm. Cremation will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations in Evan’s memory to the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (www.chop.edu) would be greatly appreciated.
