Fall ball: Senior softball league seeks players

Sign up now for July 28 draft. Games begin September 8.

Ocean County’s largest autumn senior softball league is looking for a few more good men and women.

The “slow-pitch” but fast-paced organization is open to Berkeley residents age 55 and up. (Residents of other towns in the county must be at least 60, because the league is sponsored by Berkeley Township Recreation.)

Advance registration is required for a July 28 draft of players or a second draft on August 11.
