Festivals, Clam Bake: This Weekend In Ocean County

OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — In spite of what it may seem with back to school commercials and Halloween decorations popping up in stores, it's still summer. And we've got another weekend of seasonal fun in Ocean County.

So let's hold onto summer while it lasts, and enjoy this fun events around Ocean County this weekend.

Aug. 18

This is the last weekend for the Sunflower Festival at Argos Farm in Lacey, so if you want to get some beautiful flowers and take the perfect Instagram photo, don't miss out.

Aug. 19

Enjoy Beachfest II Arts & Crafts Festival from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Veteran's Bicentennial Park in Beach Haven.

Support the Stafford Fire Company at the Fired Up Car Show, running from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Stafford Township Fire House.

Vendors, a crab race and more are at the Blue Claw Craft Show from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. at Sunset Park in Harvey Cedars.

Fresh, seasonal food is key at Laurita Winery's Seafood Food Truck Festival, both Saturday and Sunday, starting at 11 a.m.

Experience the beauty of butterflies from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Rutgers Cooperative Extension of Ocean County's Butterfly Tent Event in Toms River.

It's all you can eat and drink at the Bay Head Fire Department's annual Clam Bake fundraiser from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. Get your tickets here.
