Fire Contained At 11 Acres In Bayville: Officials
The fire, on the border of Bayville and Ocean Gate, will send smoke through the area until rain falls, authorities say.

BERKELEY, NJ — A weekend brush fire reached 100 percent containment Sunday afternoon after reaching 11 acres in size, according to New Jersey Forest Fire Service officials.
Three structures were threatened by the blaze at Louis Avenue and Ocean Gate Drive. However, no evacuations were needed.
"Forest Fire Service crews will remain on scene to continue to improve containment lines and address areas of concern until significant precipitation occurs to ensure public safety," authorities said. "Smoke is expected to remain present until significant rain falls over the fire area."
