OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — Another sunny summer weekend is nearly upon us bringing with it plenty of opportunities for fun in Ocean County.
This weekend's highlights include more chances to see fireworks and different festivals and carnivals. Here's some events you won't want to miss.
July 7

Through July 9, the Eagleswood Volunteer Fire Company Summer Carnival runs from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. at 219 Railroad Ave. For more information and tickets, visit here.
Enjoy summer concerts in Tuckerton (6:30 p.m., 120 West Main St.) and Toms River (7 p.m., Bayside Field).

A free showing of "Minions: The Rise of Gru" will be held at Bernie Cook Park in Brick starting at 8 p.m.
July 8
Family fun, live music, food and of course, fireworks are set for the field behind New Egypt High School. The festivities kick off at 5 p.m.
Ocean Gate ( 7 p.m., Wildwood Pier Stage) and Barnegat (7 p.m., Municipal Dock) have free concerts.
July 9
Concerts are set for Long Beach Township (12 p.m., 68th St. Beach) and Lavallette (7 p.m., Lavallette Gazebo).
Enjoy Food Trucks and Fireworks at Johnson Memorial Park in Jackson from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. There will be live music, giveaways, a beer garden and more.
