Holiday City Woman Facing Identity Theft, Credit Card Fraud Charges

Arrest came after crime investigation by Berkeley detectives.

Berkeley Township police recently arrested a Holiday City woman and charged her with identity theft, credit card fraud, credit card theft and forgery after an extensive financial crime investigation, Police Chief Karin T. DiMichele said.

Detective Michael Tier conducted the investigation and arrested Kathleen Donohue, Carlisle Road on Oct. 5. The theft occurred over a period of time and involved using the victim’s identity and personal banking information, the chief said.

Donohue was remanded to Ocean County Jail in lieu of $50,000 bail, DiMichele said.
