Kathleen 'Kathy' Jennings Of Bayville Dies At 64

Services will be held on Friday and Saturday in Bayville.

Kathleen “Kathy” Jennings, 64, of Bayville went home to be with the Lord on February 15, 2016 with her loving family at her side.

Born in Elizabeth, she lived in Carteret before moving to Bayville 41 years ago. Mrs. Jennings was a business manager for several floral shops in the Ocean County area until she became a manager for Crestwood Village #7, Senior Community in Whiting where she worked for 16 years. She was an active parishioner of St. Barnabas Church in Bayville and served as Eucharistic Minister, CCD Teacher as well as other organizations of the parish. She was also a devoted Dallas Cowboys Fan.

Kathleen is predeceased by her twobrothers, Henry Kettyle and Edward Kettyle. Kathy is survived by her devoted husband of 44 years, Rich; three children, Richard Jennings Jr. and his wife Wendy, Amanda Jennings and John Jennings and his wife Vanessa. She was blessed with seven grandchildren; Kayla, Brittany, Tori, Julianna, Jake, Ezra, Emma, and great-grandson Liam. She is also survived by three loving brothers; Arthur Kettyle, Joseph Kettyle, John Kettyle and two loving sisters; Ann Louise Ciuffreda and Mary Ellen Spangler.

Viewing hours will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Friday, February 19, 2016 at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd Bayville, NJ 08721. The funeral will begin at 10 a.m. on Saturday, at the funeral home before celebrating an 11 a.m. Funeral Mass at St. Barnabas Church in Bayville. Burial will follow to St. Joseph Cemetery in Toms River.
