BAYVILLE, NJ — Ever wondered who the men and women in the community keeping homes safe are? Bayville Volunteer Fire Company, along with Mayor Carmen Amato, is hosting an open house on Oct. 18.

The open house gives the community the chance to meet their local firefighters. Take a tour of the firehouse and truck bays, and get an up-close look at the firetrucks and equipment.

Guests will be able to learn about fire prevention, plus enjoy demonstrations and giveaways.

The open house will be held at 645 Route 9 on Oct. 18 from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.
