Michael C. Bianco Of Bayville Dies At 64

Services slated for Sunday at Mastapeter Funeral Home in Bayville.

Michael C. Bianco, 64, of Bayville, died peacefully on Feb. 18, 2015 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born and raised on Staten Island before moving to Bayville in 1987. Michael was employed with The U.S. Department of Defense as an inspector with the Public Works Division. He worked for Military Ocean Terminal in Bayonne for 12 years. In 1986 he started with Naval Weapons Station Earle in Colts Neck, where he retired in 2014 after 41 years of service.

Michael’s family and friends meant everything to him. In his spare time, Michael enjoyed watching John Wayne marathons in front of his fireplace.

Michael is predeceased by his parents Vito and Mary Bianco. Surviving are his wife of 43 years, Robyn (Stevens); three children, Colleen Smith and husband Brian, Michael Bianco and wife Kim, Nadine Vetter and husband Stephen; his sister Antoinette Ferrara and husband Joseph; sister Nina Bornstad and husband Ronald; one additional sister and two brothers; ten grandchildren, Frankie, Alyssa, Tanner, Emma, Michael Jr., Mason, Luke, Tyler, Madison, Mackenzie. Michael will be missed by many nieces, nephews, family and wonderful friends.

Visiting hours will be from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, Feb. 22, with a prayer service at 8 p.m., at the Mastapeter Funeral Home, 270 Atlantic City Blvd., Bayville.
