New Principal Appointed At Central Regional High School
The appointment of Angello Mazzuca as the high school's principal is part of ongoing reform initiatives in the district.

BERKELEY, NJ — This school year, Central Regional High School will have a familiar face serving as its principal.
Angello Mazzuca, assistant principal since 2015, was officially appointed as the new principal at the June Board of Education meeting.
Mazzuca has worked for the district since 2005, when he began his career at Central as an English teacher.

"He has a proven record of success and an inherent understanding of how to best meet the vision of the school moving forward," the district said in a release. "His caring nature and student-centered approach are evident in all decisions, actions, and communications."
Mazzuca "will continue to cultivate a welcoming school culture that promotes academic success and well-being for all moving forward," the district said.

The district is restructuring the high school administration as part of ongoing reform initiatives implemented this past spring and continuing into the upcoming school year. These include anti-bullying and security measures as well.
