OCEAN COUNTY, NJ — If you're looking for a fun way to ring in 2024, there's lots of events planned across Ocean County.
Head to Seaside Heights with the kids for their First Night celebrations, then later in the evening enjoy a New Year's bash at a local restaurant.

First Night Ocean County: This family-friendly event on the boardwalk in Seaside Heights has a schedule full of fun. Find more details here.
Noon Year's Eve: Kids can have fun counting down to 2024 in the middle of the day at United Skates of America in Jackson. It runs from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
Parties: Want to go out and celebrate with good food and live music? Plenty of local restaurants are hosting New Year's Eve bashes. Visit MJ's Bar & Grill Bayville, Hotel LBI, B2 Bistro + Bar in Bayville, River Rock in Brick, The Waterfront in Lacey or your local favorite for details.
New Year's Day
Brunch: Kick off 2024 with a delicious brunch. Enjoy a buffet at Lobster Shanty in Point Pleasant Beach or check with your favorite local spot.
First Day Hikes: Start your New Year's resolution right away by hiking at a local park. The hike at Double Trouble State Park is filled to capacity, but you can register for others here, or simply choose your favorite park and start walking. The Friends of Island Beach State Park also have a hike, followed by bonfire and s'mores. Register here.
Pajama Skate: Why not enjoy 2024 in your pajamas? Head to United Skates in Jackson for fun games and prizes.
