Not getting notices from our schools regarding our children

Bayville elementary school has been dealing with lice for quite some time now I have already had to spend over $200 worth of stuff to get rid of the lice but every time my child goes back to school she comes back again with it they are not sending notices home to tell people to check their children because of these new HIPAA laws and our children are suffering and we as parents are suffering for them it's not right something has to be done
