Nude Man Likely On PCP Assaulted Elderly Man: Berkeley Police
The naked man in Holiday City-Berkeley also punched the elderly man's car window, breaking it, Berkeley police said.

BERKELEY, NJ — A nude man who was likely on PCP was charged after assaulting an elderly man in Holiday City-Berkeley, police said.
Berkeley resident Albert P. Fischetta III, 40, was charged with simple assault, criminal mischief and obstruction, police said.
Police responded to 631 Jamaica Blvd. for reports of a naked man assaulting an elderly man at about 10:30 a.m. Oct. 19. Authorities later learned that Fischetta had punched the man's vehicle window, breaking it, as well as physically assaulting him.

Upon arrival, police said Fischetta, still naked, walking towards his home on Harrington Drive S., police said.
Fischetta was nonverbal and unable to answer the officers' questions, police said. While police were trying to speak with him, a resident brought clothes for Fischetta and informed police he was most likely under the influence of Phencyclidine (PCP), a mind-altering and illegal hallucinogenic narcotic, police said.

Fischetta appeared to be agitated and walked towards the front door of his home, not listening to commands from police, they said.
He tried to force his way through the officers to get into his home, but police tried to handcuff him, police said. Fischetta kept resisting until he was brought to the ground and finally handcuffed, according to police.
First aid arrived and took Fischetta to Community Medical Center, where he was served with his charges on a summons.
The victim suffered minor injuries from the assault, police said.
