Ocean Gate Man Busted For Adderall Dealing: OCPO

He was one of two men charged for drugs in Toms River, the prosecutor's office said.

TOMS RIVER, N.J. — An Ocean Gate man was one of two people busted after it appeared they were selling prescription drugs, the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office announced Thursday. Authorities seized Adderall and Suboxene before charging both men, the OCPO said.

Paul T. Kulberda, 37, was charged with possessing a controlled dangerous substance (Adderall), according to the OCPO. David Jannarone, 49, of Toms River, was charged with drug possession, intent to distribute and drug paraphernalia, officials said.

Detectives from the OCPO's Narcotics Strike Force were conducting a street-level drug suppression detail around Hospital Drive in Toms River. Officials observed both men engaged in suspicious activity that looked like a drug deal, the OCPO said.

Both were taken to the Toms River Police Department and released on summonses pending a future court date.
