BERKELEY, NJ — A 17-unit townhouse development will go before the Berkeley Township Zoning Board of Adjustment again after initially being approved in 2022.

The two-unit development is proposed for 171 Louis Ave. While it was previously approved, the developers did not give notice of the hearing to neighboring Ocean Gate homeowners, so it needs to be heard again to ensure all neighbors have the chance to share their thoughts on the project.

It's being developed by Louis Development LLC.
